Luxurious Stay with Excellent Service

The hotel boasted a massive, clean pool area, with plenty of loungers. I appreciated the variety of delicious food options available throughout my stay. The animation team, especially Ali, the entertainment manager, was kind and professional, and it was a pleasure to have fun by the pool. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
I found the gym to be poorly maintained and unclean, and I did not observe the presence of fresh towels, stocked water, or tissue boxes. The equipment seemed functional, but it looked to require maintenance and oiling. The garbage bins were overflowing.

The reception staff greeted me with a warm smile at check-in, and they efficiently handled all my needs. Kawtar was really good. Staff members like Shareef welcomed guests warmly and provided help. I found the spa staff to be lovely.

The spacious rooms are well-equipped and clean. I really appreciated this. i also found the pool and loungers plentiful and of good quality. the grounds of the hotel was lovely and well-kept to me.
my garden view room felt a little noisy, due to a nearby nightclub with loud music at times.

Breakfast offered a huge range of choices and the traditional moroccan theme evening was a delight. i savored the bbq evening. It was superb with a traditional feel and finish. i really appreciated it

The hotel features two well kept outdoor pools. One heated and one unheated. two bars provided service throughout the day for all inclusive guests and additional services are available. overall, the hotel is easy to navigate around. A good feature.

The staff was super helpful and polite throughout my stay. Sharif, the concierge, was really good and provided information quickly. Salah, the waiter, made sure I had mint tea after my meals. The hotel decor created a restful atmosphere!

The location is perfect for sightseeing with short travel distances. The hotel's free shuttle bus service provides convenient transportation. The airport is also a short, ten-minute drive away, a great thing.

The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. This is GREAT! The king-size bed allowed for restful sleep. There is plenty of storage space available and the WiFi connection in the room is solid too.

The location was really convenient. i found my premium suite pool view clean. the pool was huge, and the water seemed very clean. i was happy with the hotel's shuttle service. It made getting to the town center easy.
the gym required reservations, something i didn't know beforehand.
